“Thy Saving Health Among All Nations”
Reference: Psalms Chapter 67
Salvation is three fold. We are saved spiritually, mentally (emotionally) and physically.
The Psalmist acknowledges the power of His saving health.
Let’s read:
Psalm 67:1-2 “God be merciful unto us, and bless us; and cause his face to shine upon us; Selah. [2] That thy way may be known upon earth, thy saving health among all nations.”
God is known by power. The power of His Spirit (the Holy Spirit). The power that was in Christ.
John 14:10 “Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.”
Jesus Christ did not claim to do the work but the Father (Power) in Him did the work.
John 5:18-21 “Therefore the Jews sought the more to kill him, because he not only had broken the sabbath, but said also that God was his Father, making himself equal with God. [19] Then answered Jesus and said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: for what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise. [20] For the Father loveth the Son, and sheweth him all things that himself doeth: and he will shew him greater works than these, that ye may marvel. [21] For as the Father raiseth up the dead, and quickeneth them; even so the Son quickeneth whom he will.”
The Father by His Spirit (Power) raised the dead, even Jesus Christ.
Romans 8:11 “But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.”
God is known by His Power in creation.
God is known by His Power in the birth of Isaac.
God is known by His power in Egypt .
God is known by His Power at the Red Sea.
God is known by His Power at the Jordan River.
God is known by His Power in Jericho.
God is known by His Power in the resurrection of Lazarus.
God is known by His Power in the resurrection of Jesus Christ.
God is known by His Power in the lame walking at the Gate Beautiful.
God is known by His Power today in the Holy Spirit healing spiritually, emotionally, and physically in all nations.
And such as we have, give unto the world.
The Holy Spirit Who is the Life in the Blood of Jesus Christ is the Power of God.
We conclude our reading:
Psalm 67:3-7 “Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee. [4] O let the nations be glad and sing for joy: for thou shalt judge the people righteously, and govern the nations upon earth. Selah. [5] Let the people praise thee, O God; let all the people praise thee. [6] Then shall the earth yield her increase; and God, even our own God, shall bless us. [7] God shall bless us; and all the ends of the earth shall fear him.”
We praise Him for His saving Power.
We praise Him for His healing Power.
We do not praise for what He is going to do but what He has ALREADY done.
Let praises and adoration of God be your portion. BELIEVE and confess Christ the Word as we’ve revealed Him from the First Adam. His saving health, in all nations, in Christ!
