“The Blessed Man Or Woman

Reference: Psalms Chapter 1

The blessed man or woman is the one who has become one with God in Love, Faith, Conscience, Thought, Feelings, and Memory.

He or she has the conscience of God, loves what God loves, and hates what God hates. He or she is planted in God by Love and has the Word of God in his or her memory.

The Psalmist writes.

Let’s read:

Psalm 1:1 “Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.”

There is only one Godly counseling and that is the counseling of the Holy Spirit.

The man or woman under the tutorship of the Holy Spirit is separated from the way of sinners in oneness with God.

We continue our reading:

Psalm 1:2 “But his delight is in the law of the LORD; and in his law doth he meditate day and night.”

The Word of God has healing properties. The Word heals the brokenhearted, separates the sinner from sin, and separates the sick from sickness. The Word separates the poor from poverty. Separates death from life.

The Word of God is the water of separation.

Numbers 19:9 “And a man that is clean shall gather up the ashes of the heifer, and lay them up without the camp in a clean place, and it shall be kept for the congregation of the children of Israel for a water of separation: it is a purification for sin.”

Faith in the Word separates us from the world unto God.

We are washed by the Word. The Word sets us apart (sanctifies us).

Ephesians 5:26 “That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,”

The Word of God in our memory is moved on by the Holy Spirit to manifest things in our lives. The Holy Spirit operates by the Word of God.

The Blessed man or woman meditates on the Word, keeps the Word in their remembrance, by the help of the Tutor (the Holy Spirit).

John 14:26 “But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.”

The Word of God in a man or woman is what manifests things in their life.

We continue our reading:

Psalm 1:3 “And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.”

Planted in the Love of God, manifesting the Word of God in prosperity. Prosperity in health, happiness, and wealth. Prosperity in righteousness, integrity, power, and godliness. Prosperity in the fruit of the Spirit.

Galatians 5:22-23 “But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, [23] Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.”

The blessed man or woman, planted in God, bears the fruit of God.

We conclude our reading:

Psalm 1:4-6 “The ungodly are not so: but are like the chaff which the wind driveth away. [5] Therefore the ungodly shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous. [6] For the LORD knoweth the way of the righteous: but the way of the ungodly shall perish.”

The ungodly, the man or woman separated from God, bears a different kind of fruit. They manifest the fruit of the flesh.

Galatians 5:19-21 “Now the works of the flesh are manifest, which are these; Adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, [20] Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, [21] Envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God.”

The man or woman without God is no different than a beast. A man or woman without Christ is just like a brute, they are not sane.

The Word of God is the source of civilization.

Let the Word of God unite us with God. BELIEVE and confess Christ the Word as we’ve revealed Him from the First Adam. The unity of the Word, in Christ!
